Simply reach out through our contact form to schedule an initial consultation. We'll discuss your needs, answer your questions, and explore possible next steps together.

Yes. Therapy sessions are currently offered via telehealth throughout California, allowing you to receive support from a private, comfortable space.

Your first session is an opportunity to share what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin building a supportive therapeutic relationship. There's no pressure to share everything at once.

Standard individual psychotherapy sessions are approximately 53–60 minutes, with extended 75-minute sessions available. Other services may have different appointment lengths.

Every person's needs are different. During an initial consultation, we can explore your goals and discuss which services may be appropriate for you.

KAP combines ketamine treatment with therapeutic preparation and integration support. Miriah provides therapeutic guidance to help you prepare for and process your experiences. Medical eligibility and treatment are determined by an appropriate medical provider.

NPT is a neuroscience-informed approach that explores the relationship between the brain, nervous system, and emotional well-being. It may incorporate brain mapping, neuromodulation, and therapeutic support.

Confidentiality is an important part of the therapeutic relationship. Your information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and professional requirements, with certain legal and safety-related exceptions that can be discussed during your initial appointment.
INSURANCE & PAYMENT

Yes! Duality Within accepts TriWest, Blue Shield, and Aetna for eligible services. We also offer private-pay options, including cash payments.
Insurance coverage may vary depending on your plan and the services provided. Please contact us to confirm your eligibility and benefits.

If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. Superbills can be provided upon request to support your claim.

We accept major credit cards and eligible HSA/FSA payments. Private-pay options are also available.
